Life update time…

Friday Jess and I heard baby Fouche’s heart beat for the first time! It sounded like the heart beat of a champion. June 22nd we find out what the sex is. I think it’s funny but a lot of people apparently have mixed feelings about finding out before it’s born.

Friday Night Jess had a dream that she had a big zipper on her stomach and she unzipped it and saw our baby but then zipped it back up. Later on she unzipped it again and there was no longer a baby but a kitten! If anybody has an interpretation for this dream please let us know. Personally I’m not a big cat fan and wished it would have been a puppy instead, or a skunk. I’ve always thought a skunk would make a cute pet.

Side note: It’s been about 3 years now since I started using the word cute on a regular basis. Before I got married I never used it. Single guys beware.

The rest of the weekend (including today) was spent chilling with friends and checking in on the Kinetic Sculpture Race which is a very cultural event here in Humboldt County.

My Blogging has been a bit sparse lately and will be that way for a bit longer. I take off for the wedding of my good friend Nate very soon.
